1. Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy, subject to their delivery network. Delivery to some remote areas may take longer, or in rare cases may not be available — we'll let you know as soon as possible if this affects your order.
2. Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Actual delivery time can vary depending on the courier service option selected at checkout and your location.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery is a flat R99 per order. Orders over [MATTEO — CONFIRM FREE-DELIVERY THRESHOLD, e.g. R400] qualify for free delivery.
4. Glass and breakage
Our products are carefully boxed and padded to protect glass jars and bottles in transit. If something still arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds Policy — we'll replace it free of charge.
5. Parcels lost in transit
If a parcel is lost, we open an investigation with our courier before arranging a replacement or refund, so there may be a short delay. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
