MDP Beekeeping is operated by Mattéo Du Preez, a sole proprietor based at [MATTEO — CONFIRM ADDRESS].

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the personal information you give us, which may include your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and order history. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider — we don't store your card details.

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Handle returns, replacements, or damage claims
• Respond to your questions or requests
• Send you marketing about new products or specials, but only if you've opted in

We don't currently send marketing emails. If we start to, it will only be to customers who've actively opted in at checkout — never added automatically. You can opt out at any time.

We keep order records for 5 years as hard copy, and up to 10 years in our digital archive, in line with standard tax and business record-keeping practice.

We share your delivery details with our courier (The Courier Guy) so they can deliver your order, and your payment information with our payment provider so they can process payment. We don't sell your information to anyone.

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we haven't handled your information properly.
